Tour Description:
This tour begins by taking you up the Haleakala Slope to view the inside of the Haleakala Crater. Haleakala Crater10,000 ft above sea level, is full of history and is known to be the home of the Hawaiian Goddess Pele. Views of Kula and Upcountry Maui on the descent from Haleakala.
The Visitor Center and Pu`u Ula`ula Overlook will delight and amaze you. Witness the breaking of a new day at the top of Mt. Haleakala. Renown for its raw beauty and unique scenery, Have breakfast at the historical Kula Lodge. Dress warmly for the summit. We do not guarantee weather will permit viewing of sunrise.
