Tour Description
This tour begins by taking you up the Haleakala Slope to view the inside of the dormat Haleakala Crater. Haleakala Crater is full of history and is known to be the home of the Hawaiian Goddess Pele. The interior of the Crater has a few cabins to stay in over night and the Haleakala National Park allows hiking for those who are explorers.
After viewing Haleakala Crater you head to Hana and see the cascading falls Oheo Gulch (often mistakenly referred to as Seven Sacred Pools), lush Hana Town, Hana rainforest and get a close up view of the large Hana Waterfalls. You return back to the Heliport along the rugged shoreline of Northeast Maui.
A video of your actual flight is available for purchase immediately after your Maui helicopter tour. This professionally produced keepsake captures all the scenic wonders, including the captain’s narration and the beautifully choreographed Hawaiian music.
